Written by the playwright known for the comedies All in the Timing and Words, Words, Words, comes a battle of the wits between an unknown actress and a playwright holding auditions for his newest work which he based on the 19th century novel “Venus in Furs” written by Leopold von Sacher-Masoch (who the term S&M was named for). This two character play exposes and exploits the power dynamics between actress and director, man and woman, and sex-object and lover.
